On my first Level II Fieldwork at Methodist North Hospital, I was given a mid-affiliation questionnaire to fill out after finishing 6 weeks in adult outpatient rehabilitation. I was with one fieldwork educator throughout my first 6 weeks and then switched to another for the second 6 weeks. Since I was switching to another fieldwork educator, I was very thankful to have been given the opportunity to given my first fieldwork educator some feedback. Before my Level II Fieldwork began, I was usually very timid and awkward when giving others feedback, however while on this rotation I felt very confident in giving my educator feedback because I knew it would help her grow as a professional and as an educator. I believe that it is crucial for an entry-level practitioner to give others constructive and positive feedback so that they can learn and be confident in what they are doing and how they are doing it.
