The file that I have attached above is an initial evaluation that I administered at my first Level II Fieldwork at Methodist North Hospital. I think that this evidence shows that I have met this competency skill because I was able to gather evidence, perform an evaluation, and base goals for treatment sessions off of this evaluation for this particular client. I was then later able to create interventions based upon the goals that I established. This competency skill is something that an OT entry-level practitioner should most definitely have when they come out of school and into the working world. This specific skill encompasses the entire OT process within it. This is something that is crucial when treating clients so that the client can get the most out of their time when they are receiving occupational therapy services.
